Do you like to plan ahead? So do we!
In the first version of this feature, you can view three workouts in advance! Like your current Fitbod recommended workout, your upcoming workouts are also generated based on your exercise history and current muscle recovery state. Additionally, you’ll have the option to set any one of these upcoming workouts as your current workout! This is great for those who want different options for their day’s workout!
To view your upcoming workouts:
- Start on the Workout screen
- Select the “…” icon at the top right
- View Upcoming Workouts
*Please note that it will take a second or two
To set one of your upcoming workouts as your current workout:
- Select the desired workout
- Set as current workout
