    Fitbod has created a limited number of lifetime memberships for his holiday season! There are ONLY 1,000 of them, and they will only be available for purchase from Black Friday Week (11/25/24) to Cyber Monday (12/2/24).

    How much are Fitbod’s Lifetime Memberships?

    Who can redeem a Fitbod Lifetime Membership?

    Anyone! There is no redemption required. The lifetime membership automatically applies to the account after you've bought it.

     

    Can I transfer a lifetime membership?

    No! After redemption, Lifetime Memberships are non-transferable.

     

    Can I apply the cost of an already purchased subscription to a Lifetime Membership?

    No. We cannot refund or apply the cost of another subscription to a Lifetime Membership. Your Lifetime Membership automatically starts after you've bought it.

     

    Will my monthly or yearly subscription continue to auto-renew?

    If you bought another subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel it.

    Can I cancel or get a refund for my Lifetime Membership after I've bought it?

    No. You can't cancel or get a refund for a Lifetime Membership after you've bought it.

     

    If I miss the deadline (12/2/24), can I still buy a Lifetime Membership?

    No - sorry! This is a limited-time offer. If you're on the fence but want to be in the know, sign up here. If Fitbod proposes Lifetime Memberships again, we'll notify those on that list first. 

     

    If I'm currently subscribed, will I need to cancel my current subscription if I purchase the Lifetime Membership?

    Yes! Once you purchase the Lifetime Membership, you will receive an email with steps on how to cancel your current subscription.

     

    ***Please, consider whether a Lifetime Membership is right for you. There will be no exceptions.

    How to Delete Your Fitbod Account

    Permanently deleting your account does not cancel an active Fitbod subscription. please visit How to Cancel Your Fitbod Subscription for more information on how to cancel your Fitbod subscription.

     

    iOS

    Here's how to delete your account on iOS:

    Open the Fitbod app

    1. Select the Log tab
    2. Select the Settings icon (top right)
    3. Scroll to the Help Section
    4. Select Permanently Delete Account
    5. Select OK to confirm the account deletion process

    ***Important Note:

    By choosing 'OK,' you affirm your decision to permanently delete your account. This cannot be undone. So, please double-check, as all records, streaks, and data will be gone.

     

    Android

    Unfortunately, you cannot delete your Fitbod account from within the app but instead will have to contact Fitbod support. To delete your account please contact support at support@fitbod.me with the subject line “Account Deletion.” Please include your Fitbod account email. Our team will then request you to verify your account. Once you've done that, your account will be deleted within 24 hours.

    Please be advised: 

    • Our Support team may request you to verify the account by requesting account information like first/last name, date of birth, and/or workout history prior to deletion.
    • This cannot be undone. All your streaks, records, and stats will be gone forever. 
    • If you have a subscription directly with Fitbod, this deletion will not cancel your subscription. If your renewal date is within 30 days, please follow the cancellation steps outlined in the following support article: Cancel Subscription via Website. By canceling your Subscription, you will avoid being charged before your account deletion is complete as this process can take up to 24 hours
    • If your subscription is not through Fitbod’s website (i.e. via the App Store or the Google Play Store), we do not have the authorization to cancel the subscription on your behalf. To avoid being charged,  please follow the steps outlined in this article for Apple and Google Play subscriptions. If you have any additional questions, please contact support by emailing us at support@fitbod.me

     

    FAQ

    What data is deleted when I permanently delete my Fitbod account?

    With your consent, all personal/identifying information is deleted from our database. Such information includes account name, unique personal identifier, online identifier, and email address. For more information about our Privacy Policy, please visit our Privacy Policy page.

    How do I start over?

    If you're like many of our Fitbod users who have taken a break due to injury or life events, you can start over and reset all of your data. To do this please reach out to our Support Team to reset your account. We will delete your Fitbod account, and you'll create a new one. If you're an iOS user be sure to contact support before deleting your account to ensure your subscription is transferred over to your new account.     If you originally signed up to Fitbod on iOS or Andriod and want to transfer to the other you can! You can easily access your Fitbod account and data on your new device, whether it's iOS or Android. All you will need to do is simply log into Fitbod using the same email and password combination you used to create your account. Your workout data should automatically populate once you are logged in. Please use the following section if you are having issues with logging into your account. 

    Your account is associated with an Email and Password login

    If you have a Fitbod account with a manual email and password login, you can easily log in to either platform using the email address you registered with. Not sure what email you used. No problem! You can email our support team to help you out with that at support@fitbod.me. 

     

    Your iOS or Android account is associated with a Social Login 

    Apple ID 

    If you signed up with Apple ID and want to keep using it, you can log in quickly with your Apple ID details. Here's how: 

    Open the Fitbod app

    1. Tap the Sign in with Apple button on the app or website 
    2. Sign in to your Apple Account on the secure, Apple-hosted webpage
    3. If it's your first time signing in, you'll need to enter a verification code from your trusted Apple device or phone number 
    4. Tap Continue to finish the sign-in process 

    Google

    If you signed up using Google and want to keep using it to log in, just follow these steps: 

    Open the Fitbod app 

    1. Select Sign in with Google, Log in with Google 
    2. Choose a Google account to use 
    3. Log in 
    4. Continue to the app 

    Facebook 

    If you signed up with Facebook, you can easily log in again using your Facebook account. Here's what to do: 

    Open the Fitbod app

    1. Select log in with Facebook 
    2. Log in using your email and password 
    3. Confirm the connection 
    4. Grant Permission 
    5. Continue to the app 

    How to transfer your active subscription

    If you currently have a subscription purchased via the App Store on iOS or Google Play, you will have access to your current subscription but will need to make necessary changes in order to view and manage your subscription going forward. You will need to cancel and wait for your subscription to expire before resubscribing via the website, Google Play, or the App Store (depending on the platform you're currently using).  If you need help with resubscribing or transferring your subscription, please email us at support@fitbod.me. If you plan to use Fitbod on both iOS and Android, we suggest purchasing through the website for easier management.

    1. Restore your subscription by performing the following steps:

      1. Open the Fitbod app
      2. Select Log (bottom right)
      3. Select Settings (top right)
      4. Select Restore Subscription

    ***Important Note: If an error message occurs saying No Subscription Found (and you indeed have purchased a subscription), this means your subscription was not purchased through Apple's App Store and mostly through our website. Please refer to the Purchased through the Fitbod website section below.

    2. Log out (if possible), delete, and reinstall the app and log back into your account to refresh it. 

    3. Check for other accounts you may have created with us.

    If the account you logged into doesn't have any of your workout data within the Log tab, this could mean you are not logged into the correct account. Please note that we offer different methods of creating your Fitbod account (i.e. Email/Password, Sign-in with Apple ID, Sign-in with Facebook, Sign-in with Google). If your associated social accounts do not share the same email address, this will result in different created accounts for Fitbod. 

    ***Important Note: Sign-in with Apple ID has a Hide my Email feature which will populate a generated email (by Apple) that will look something like [**********@privaterelay.appleid.com]. To check if you used this option to create your Fitbod account, please perform the following steps on your iOS device:

      1. Go to the Settings app
      2. Select Apple ID
      3. Select Password & Security
      4. Select Apps Using Your Apple ID
      5. Select Fitbod then This App Received

    If a private relay email is displayed, this means you have created your Fitbod account using the Sign-in with Apple ID + Hide my Email. Please attempt to log into the Fitbod app using Sign-in with Apple ID.

    If you in fact have two separate Fitbod accounts created, please reach out to our Support team and we can merge your accounts into a single one.  Please email support@fitbod.me and make sure to include the following information in your email:

    • Full Name
    • Fitbod accounts email addresses (please include all if possible)
    • Which account you'd like to use going forward

    4. Contact our Support Team

    If the above troubleshooting steps did not appear to work, please email our Support Team at finance@fitbod.me. Make sure to include the following info:

    • Full Name
    • Fitbod account email
    • Copy/screenshot of your subscription confirmation/receipt 

     

    Purchased through the Fitbod website

    1. Delete and reinstall the app and log into your account to refresh it.

    2. Ensure the account you're logged into on the website and the app match.

    If the email addresses do not match when you are logged into the website and the app, this means you are logged into two separate accounts. This is mostly due to logging into the accounts using different login methods. Please attempt to log in to the account that was used to purchase the subscription.

  • What is the difference between a subscription purchased from within the app and the Fitbod website?

    There is no difference between App Store/Play Store subscriptions and subscriptions purchased through our website, both provide the same access to Fitbod. The only difference is the purchasing platform.

    If you're interested in viewing your subscription details, please use the following steps based on which platform your subscription was purchased on (through the iOS app, Android app, or our website).

     

    iOS

    For subscriptions that are purchased through the App Store, they will be attached to your Apple ID and displayed under Subscriptions in your iPhone Settings. To view this on your iPhone,

    1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
    2. Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
    3. Select View Apple ID
    4. Select Subscriptions

    Android

    For subscriptions that are purchased through the Play Store, they will be attached to your Google account and displayed under the Subscriptions list. To view this on your Android,

    1. Open the Google Play Store
    2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
    3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions

    Website

    For subscriptions that are purchased through the Fitbod website, you will need to visit either of the following pages to view your subscription details:

  • Does Fitbod work for Family Sharing or Family Library?

    We recognize that Apple and Google offer Family Sharing and Family Library options for apps, including those that are free or paid for upfront, and have recently started supporting sharing subscriptions. Unfortunately, we do NOT support the sharing of subscriptions at this time.

    Since we do not support Family Sharing, if you and your family members are interested in using Fitbod, we offer a 15% discount for the first yearly subscription of any interested family member. You or a family member can redeem the code FITBOD_FAM directly on our redemption page.
