    This guide walks you through the steps to sign up for Fitbod, log in to your account, and troubleshoot common login issues. Whether you're accessing Fitbod on the web or through the mobile app, this article provides clear instructions to help you get started quickly and efficiently.

     

    Signing Up for Fitbod

    Creating a Fitbod account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

     

    On the Web

    1. Visit Fitbod's website.
    2. Select START NOW to begin the onboarding process.
    3. Complete the onboarding process to personalize your workout program and experience.
    4. Choose your preferred sign-up method:
      • Email & Password: Enter your email and create a password.
      • Sign in with Apple: Use your Apple ID for a seamless login.
      • Sign in with Google: Use your Google account to sign up.
      • Sign in with Facebook: Use your Facebook account to sign up.
    5. Once signed up, you will be prompted to download the Fitbod mobile app.

     

    On Mobile (iOS & Android)

    1. Download the Fitbod app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
    3. Follow the onboarding steps to set up your fitness preferences.
    4. Choose your preferred sign-up method:
      • Email & Password: Enter your email and create a password.
      • Sign in with Apple: Use your Apple ID for a seamless login.
      • Sign in with Google: Use your Google account to sign up.
      • Sign in with Facebook: Use your Facebook account to sign up.
    5. Once signed up, your first workout will be generated for you on the Workout tab.

     

    An Important Note About Sign-in With Apple ID and Apple's Hide My Email Feature

    If you signed up using Sign in with Apple and enabled Hide My Email, Apple generates a random email address (**********@privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards messages to your real email. Be sure to use the same login method whenever you access Fitbod to avoid issues with duplicate accounts or login errors.

    To check if you used this option to create your Fitbod account, please perform the following steps on your iOS device:

    1. Go to the Settings app 
    2. Select the Apple ID
    3. Select Password & Security 
    4. Select Apps Using Your Apple ID
    5. Select Fitbod then This App Received 

     

    Verifying Your Email Address

    Now that you can, you should! Verifying your email ensures a smoother experience with Fitbod by helping you:

    • Maintain a single, consistent profile and avoid duplicate accounts.
    • Keep your account secure from unauthorized access and protect your personal data.
    • Get faster support, our Customer Support team can quickly assist with account-related issues when your email is verified.
    • Stay informed with Weekly Workout Reports, product updates, and exclusive deals.

     

    How to Verify Your Email Address

    1. Check Your Email for a Verification Link
      • When you create a Fitbod account, you should receive an email requesting verification.
      • Open the email and click the "Verify Email Address" button.
    2. Resend the Verification Email (If Needed)
      • If you did not receive the verification email:
        • Check your spam/junk folder to ensure it wasn’t filtered.
        • Resend the verification email:
          1. Open the Fitbod app.
          2. Go to the Log tab.
          3. Tap the Settings icon (top right).
          4. Look for the "Verify Your Email Address" option and follow the prompts to resend the email.
    3. Verify Your Email via Web (If Applicable)
      • If you signed up via the Fitbod website, log in at app.fitbod.me.
      • Navigate to Your Account and check for a verification prompt.
    4. Confirm Verification in the App
      • Once verified, the "Verify Your Account" message should disappear from the settings page.
      • If the message persists, try logging out and back in or restarting the app.
      • If you continue to experience issues, reach out to support@fitbod.me for further assistance.

    Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues

    • If the verification email is not arriving, you may have unsubscribed from Fitbod emails. Contact Fitbod Support at support@fitbod.me to request a manual verification email resend.
    • If you entered the wrong email during sign-up, you may need to update your email address before verifying.

     

    Logging In to Fitbod

    If you already have a Fitbod account, follow these steps to log in:

     

    On the Web

    1. Go to Fitbod's website.

    2. Enter your email and password or use Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.

    3. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? to reset it.

     

    On Mobile (iOS & Android)

    1. Open the Fitbod app.

    2. Select Log In.

    3. Enter your email and password or use Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.

    4. If you experience login issues, try resetting your password or check out the Recovering Your Fitbod Account Email Address article.

     

    Troubleshooting Login Issues

    If you are having trouble logging in, try the following solutions:

    • Forgot Password? Reset it here.
    • Using the Wrong Login Method? Ensure you are using the same method you signed up with (Email, Apple, or Google). If you're unsure of your original login method, please check out the Recovering Your Fitbod Account Email Address article.
    • Duplicate Accounts? If you accidentally created multiple accounts, contact support@fitbod.me for assistance.

    Password Change

    Via the web browser

    1. Sign in to your account @ app.fitbod.me
    2. Click your email (in the top right corner)
    3. Select Edit Profile
    4. Type your current password and your new password into their appropriate fields
    5. Save Profile Changes

     

    *** Important Note: A password cannot be updated if your Fitbod account is linked via social accounts (i.e. Apple ID or Facebook.) Please contact our Support Team at support@fitbod.me if you would like to unlink your Fitbod account from a social account. 

     

    Password Reset

    Via the app

    1. Go to the Log tab at (the bottom right)
    2. Select the Settings icon (at the top right)
    3. Scroll to the Change Password button (under the Account section)
    4. Enter your Fitbod account email address 
    5. Open the password reset email from us 
    6. Follow the instructions in that email

     

    Via the web browser

    Please visit app.fitbod.me/reset-password to reset your password.

     

    *** Important Note: If you encounter any issues as you reset your password, please contact our Support Team at support@fitbod.me for assistance. Please include your first and last name in the message, along with the email associated with your Fitbod account and the problem you are experiencing. 

     

    Update Email Address

    Via the web browser

    1. Sign in to your account @ app.fitbod.me 
    2. Scroll down to Your Account
    3. Select Edit Email
    4. Update and save your email address 

    Check your inbox for an email from up and click the verification link to confirm your new email address. It's quick and easy!

    ***Important Notice: If you run into any issues updating your email address feel free to reach out to our Support Team at support@fitbod.me. Make sure to include exactly what you'd like updated within the message.

    Need to Change your Fitbod Account Email?

     

    Overview

    If you’re having trouble accessing your Fitbod account because you don’t remember which email you used to sign up, follow the steps below to locate your account and regain access.

     

    Step 1: Try Logging in with Your Commonly Used Emails

    If you have multiple email accounts, try signing into Fitbod with each one to see which is linked to your account. A successful login confirms the correct email.

    If the email is incorrect, you may see an “Invalid Email” or “No Account Found” message.

    If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? option to reset it.

     

    Step 2: Check Your Email Inbox for Fitbod Emails

    If you’ve ever received emails from Fitbod, such as subscription confirmations, workout summaries, or receipts, try searching your inbox for “Fitbod” to identify the email address linked to your account. Be sure to check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders as well.

     

    Step 3: Locate Your Fitbod Email (For iOS Users with Sign in with Apple)

    If there is a chance you used Sign in with Apple, you may have created your Fitbod account with a private relay email (e.g., xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com).

     

    Find Your Private Relay Email via iPhone Settings

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
    2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top.
    3. Select Sign-in with Apple ID.
    4. Select Fitbod.

    ***Important Note:

    If Fitbod is not listed, then you did not use Sign-in with Apple ID when creating your Fitbod account. Please reference other sign in options like email/password, Sign-in with Google, or Sign-in with Facebook.

     

    Find Your Private Relay Email via iCloud website

    1. Go to the Apple ID Website and sign in.
    2. Select Sign-In & Security → Click Manage Apps & Websites.
    3. Find Fitbod and check the email associated with it.

    ***Important Note:

    If Fitbod is not listed, then you did not use Sign-in with Apple ID when creating your Fitbod account. Please reference other sign in options like email/password, Sign-in with Google, or Sign-in with Facebook.

     

    Step 4: Contact Fitbod Support

    If you still can’t find your account email, reach out to our Support team through the app (Setting menu) or my email (support@fitbod.me) with as much detail as possible.

    Information to Provide

    • Any possible email addresses you may have used.
    • Your first and last name (as registered in Fitbod).
    • If applicable, any past subscription receipts or confirmation emails.

    Once verified, our Support team can confirm your account email or help update it if needed to get you logged in.

     

    Need to Change Your Account Email?

    If you have access to your account but want to update your email:

    1. Log into your account on Fitbod's website.
    2. Scroll down to Your Account.
    3. Select Edit Email.
    4. Update and save your email address.

    If the Edit Email option is unavailable, it’s likely because your account was created using Sign-in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. In this case, you’ll need to contact our Support team for assistance in updating your email address.
