How to Redeem Promo Codes
You can redeem a promotional (or promo) code generated by fitbod or through one of our business partners. Promo codes may offer an extended free trial or a discount on your subscription purchase, either before or at the time of the transaction.
All active subscriptions (via Apple's App Store, Google Play Store, or Fitbod's website) must be canceled and expire before you can redeem a promo code. Information on how to cancel your subscription can be found here!
If you received a discount code for your subscription from us or any of our partners, you'll need to log into your Fitbod account on our website to redeem your discount. Remember to enter the promo code before checkout!
Please do the following in order to redeem your promo code:
- Go to app.fitbod.me/redeem
- Type the Promo Code into the redemption box
- Redeem Now
- Sign into your account
- Complete the trial redemption or subscription purchase

(Step 3: After typing in your promo code and selecting "redeem Now," you will see this screen and need to log into your account.)

Gift Subscriptions
Fitbod Gift Subscriptions give you access to all of Fitbod's premium features for an entire year!
If you've been gifted a Fitbod subscription, you should have received an email with the code included. Just follow the instructions in the email to redeem your gift subscription. If you're already a subscriber, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and let it expire before you can redeem your gift. Don't worry - gift codes don't expire, so there's no rush!
When you're ready to redeem your Gift Subscription and have your code handy, you can do so right here on our website.
Please do the following in order to redeem your gift code:
- Go to the app.fitbod.me/gift/redeem
- Type your Gift Code (You should have received a unique code in your email)
- Redeem
- Sign in to Your account

No, you will need to cancel your current subscription with us (Google Play/Apple) and resubscribe with us via our website in order to redeem your discount from us. *** Important Notice: For Android users, there is no step-by-step email verification process in the app. If you're using an Android device, you'll have to verify your email in a browser.
Signing in with Apple ID
If you have an Apple ID you can use the Sign in with Apple option to create or login to the Fitbod app. This method is optional and not required by Fitbod. Just a super simple and seamless way to create an account and sign in.
Private Relay Email
Sign-in with Apple ID has a Hide My Email feature which will populate a generated email (by Apple) that will look something like [**********@privaterelay.appleid.com]. To check if you used this option to create your Fitbod account, please perform the following steps on your iOS device:
- Go to the Settings app
- Select the Apple ID
- Select Password & Security
- Select Apps Using Your Apple ID
- Select Fitbod then This App Recieved
If a private relay email is displayed, this means you have created your Fitbod account using the Sign-in with Apple ID + Hide my Email. Please attempt to log into the Fitbod app using Sign-in with Apple ID.
Signing in with Google
If you have a Gmail email address, you can use the Google Sign-in option to create a Fitbod account or log into the Fitbod app.
This login method is optional and not required by Fitbod. It’s just an easy, seamless way to create or sign into an account.
FAQ
Can I change an Apple ID or Google Sign-in account to an Email & Password account or vice versa?
Yes, with one exception! In order to change your account from an Apple ID or Google Sign-in to an Email & Password account, you need to contact Fitbod’s Customer Support team with the email you would like to use.
The exception is: You cannot go from an Email & Password account to an Apple ID account. Apple runs that show.
What do I do if I created a Fitbod account using Email & Password but logged into Fitbod with an Apple ID that uses the same email address?
If you log into an account and none of your workout data is there or the app requests that you subscribe, you might not be in the right account. If that’s the case, log out and try to log back into the same account.

What are app push notifications?
- They are push notifications that the Fitbod app sends to you directly. They are NOT marketing communications. Instead, these app push notifications are things like your workout previews, goal reminders, rest timers, etc.
- To unsubscribe from these, adjust the settings in your Fitbod app
Where can I find the Notification Settings?
- The list of marketing communication settings can be found in two places:
- On the web [https://app.fitbod.me/notifications]
- In the app—hit “Settings,” then “Notifications,” and then “Marketing Notifications”
If you update anything, your changes will be saved automatically. It’ll take us a few days to lock them in, so please be patient.

- Sign in to your account @ app.fitbod.me
- Click your email (in the top right corner)
- Select Edit Profile
- Type your current password and your new password into their appropriate fields
- Save Profile Changes
*** Important Note: A password cannot be updated if your Fitbod account is linked via social accounts (i.e. Apple ID or Facebook.) Please contact our Support Team at support@fitbod.me if you would like to unlink your Fitbod account from a social account.
Password Reset

- Go to the Log tab at (the bottom right)
- Select the Settings icon (at the top right)
- Scroll to the Change Password button (under the Account section)
- Enter your Fitbod account email address
- Open the password reset email from us
- Follow the instructions in that email

Please visit app.fitbod.me/reset-password to reset your password.

How to view your subscription details
To view your subscription details, follow these steps based on the platform you used to purchase your subscription (iOS app, Android app, or our Website). If you're unsure where you subscribed, log into our website to view and manage your subscription details. We list where your subscription was bought. If your subscription says "Billed through Apple" or Google Play," you'll need to manage your billing information in the Google Play or iTunes store, respectively.

For the subscriptions that are purchased through the Fitbod website, you will need to visit either of the following pages to view your subscription details.
- Log into your account on https://app.fitbod.me/
- Select your account email at the top right to open the drop-down menu

iOS
For subscriptions that are purchased through the App Store, they will be attached to your Apple ID and displayed under Subscriptions in your iPhone Settings. To view this on your iPhone,

How to update your credit card or billing information

On your iOS device:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
- Select Payment & Shipping
- Select the Payment Method you'd like to update
Google Play Store
On your Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu button
- Scroll down to go to Payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to edit
- Tap Edit
- Make your updates
- Tap Update
On a computer:
- Go to the Play Store
- On the left, click Payment methods
- Select the payment method you want to edit

***Important Note:
If your payment is past due, it may take up to 24 hours before the system retries the payment after you update your billing information. If you updated your billing info and it has been more than 24 hours and your subscription is still Past Due or the payment is still retrying, please contact Fitbod Support by emailing us at finance@fitbod.me.
