• How to cancel your Fitbod subscription

    For both iOS and Android,

    1. Go to https://app.fitbod.me/ and sign in to your account
    2. Under the Your Plan section, select “Cancel”

    If you do not see the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of this page, please contact our Support team for further assistance by emailing us at finance@fitbod.me

     

    iTunes

    On your iPhone,

    1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
    2. Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
    3. Select View Apple ID
    4. Select Subscriptions > Fitbod > Cancel Subscription

     

    ***Important Note:

    If you do not see Fitbod in your list of subscriptions, this means you likely subscribed through the Fitbod website or you do not have an active subscription.

     

    Google Play Store

    On your Android device,

    1. Open the Google Play Store app
    2. Tap the Menu button
    3. Go to Subscriptions
    4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
    5. Tap Cancel subscription

    On your Computer,

    1. Go to play.google.com
    2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
    3. On the left, click My subscriptions
    4. Select the subscription you want to cancel
    5. Click Manage > Cancel Subscription

     

    ***Important Note:

    If you are still having issues with canceling your Fitbod Elite subscription or you have any questions about your subscription, please contact our Support team at finance@fitbod.me. Make sure to include your first name, last name, and your Fitbod account email within your message.

     

  • Cancel Anytime Policy

    To ensure uninterrupted service, all Fitbod subscriptions are renewed automatically, using the credit card on file. Standard and promotional subscriptions are billed in one payment at the time of purchase and renew at the end of the initial term. 
     
    You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Fitbod’s cancel anytime policy means you can turn off the automatic renewal for your subscription whenever you’d like while keeping your Elite status until your next billing date. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

    If you have additional questions about your subscription status, please Submit a Request form and our support team will be happy to assist you. Make sure to include your first name, last name, and your Fitbod account email within the email.
     
     
    *Important Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription! Please refer to the link above for instructions on how to cancel your auto-renewal subscription. 
  • How to request for a refund

    For iTunes subscriptions

    We, at Fitbod, do not have control over payments that occur through iTunes. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you subscribe through the App Store, Apple handles your payment and your subscription directly through your Apple ID. Fitbod is unable to help with issuing a refund since payment information isn't processed by us. 

    You can reach Apple Support by visiting Apple's Get Support (email or Live Chat), or phone at 800-692-7753 (7 days a week from 7am-11pm CT).

     

    For Google Play subscriptions

    Please contact Fitbod Support to request a refund at finance@fitbod.me. Make sure to include your first name, last name, and your Fitbod account email. To help us locate your transaction quickly, please include a screenshot of your receipt to the request.

     

    For Fitbod website subscriptions
