How to Cancel/Refund Your Fitbod Subscription

Google Play Subscription Refunds
Cancel Anytime Policy
To ensure uninterrupted service, your Fitbod subscription will renew automatically using the credit card you will have on file. Both standard and promotional subscriptions are billed in one payment when you first purchase and will renew at the end of the initial term.
You can cancel your subscription at any time - no questions asked. Fitbod's cancel anytime policy means you can easily turn off the automatic renewal while still enjoying full access until your next billing date. Please note that all payments are nonrefundable, with no refunds, or credits for partially used periods.
If you have any additional questions about your subscription status, please Submit a Request form and our support team will be happy to assist you. Make sure to include your first name, last name, and Fitbod account email in the email.
***Important Note:
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription! Please refer to the link above for instructions on how to cancel your auto-renewal subscription.
Fitbod Website
For both iOS and Android,
- Go to https://app.fitbod.me/ and sign in to your account

Under the Your Plan section, select “Cancel”

Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please contact our Support Team at finacne@fitbod.me. Be sure to include your first name, last name, and your Fitbod account email in your message. To help us locate your transaction quickly, please include a screenshot of your receipt.
iTunes
On your iPhone,
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
- Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
- Select View Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions > Fitbod > Cancel Subscription
***Important Note:
If you do not see Fitbod in your list of subscriptions, this means you likely subscribed through the Fitbod website or you do not have an active subscription.
Requesting a refund
At Fitbod, we do not have authorization over payments that occur through iTunes. to request a refund you will need to contact Apple Support. When you subscribe through the App Store, Apple manages your payment and your subscription directly through your Apple ID, so we aren't able to assist with issuing a refund.
Google Play Store
On your Android device,
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu button
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
On your Computer,
- Go to play.google.com
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account
- On the left, click My subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Manage > Cancel Subscription
