    Welcome to Fitbod!

    When you first sign up to Fitbod, you'll receive a seven-day trial to explore and use the app. To start your trial, you’ll need to opt into a subscription plan (monthly or yearly), but don’t worry, you won’t be charged until the trial period ends.

    ⚠️ Important Note: Trials will automatically roll over into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. If you don’t want to continue, be sure to cancel your trial before it expires to avoid being charged.

     

    How to Check your Trial Status

    On Your Mobile Device

    1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store app.
    2. Navigate to your list of Subscriptions.
    3. Select Fitbod to view when your trial will expire.

     

    On the Fitbod Website

    1. Go to the Fitbod website.
    2. Log in with your account credentials.
    3. Select your account email (top right) to open the drop-down menu.
    4. Select Manage Subscription.
    5. Your trial status should be displayed under the Your Plan section.

     

    How to Cancel your Trial

    If You Started Your Trial on the iOS App

    If you started your trial on the iOS app, it was activated via the App Store. Fitbod does not manage App Store subscriptions directly, you’ll need to cancel through your Apple ID account. Here’s how:

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
    3. Select Subscriptions.
    4. Find Fitbod in the list.
    5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

    ⚠️ Important Note: Apple requires cancellations at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If Fitbod is not listed, your trial may have already expired or was not activated.

     

    If You Started Your Trial on the Android App

    If you started your trial on the Android app, it was activated via the Google Play Store. Fitbod does not manage Google Play Store subscriptions directly, you’ll need to cancel through your Google Play account. Here’s how:

    1. Open the Google Play Store app.
    2. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
    4. Find Fitbod and select Cancel Subscription.
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

     

    If You Started Your Trial on the Fitbod Website

    1. Log in to your account on the website.
    2. Select your account email (top right) to open the drop-down menu.
    3. Select Manage Subscription.
    4. Select Cancel Subscription. 
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

    ⚠️ Important Note: If you don’t see a cancellation option, your trial may already be set to expire without renewal.

     

    What Happens After Cancellation?

    • You will not be charged once your trial ends.
    • You will lose access to premium features after the trial expires like generating a workout based on historical data.
    • You can still log in and view past workouts, but logging new workouts will require a paid subscription.

    Can I extend my trial?

    We understand that you may need more time to explore Fitbod before deciding on a subscription. Here’s what you need to know about trial extensions:

    • If you started your trial through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), Fitbod cannot modify or extend it directly. To redeem a new trial and prevent your current one from automatically converting into a subscription, you will need to cancel it first. Please refer to the How to Cancel your Trial section.
    • If your trial is still active, you may need to wait until it expires before applying a new promo code.
    • Trial extensions are not guaranteed and may depend on current promotions.

    Fitbod offers the following subscription plans:

    • Yearly Plan: $95.99 USD per year (billed annually) – This plan offers the best value, effectively costing $8.00 USD per month.
    • Monthly Plan: $15.99 USD per month (billed monthly) – This plan offers the most flexibility.
    • Lifetime Membership – This plan is exclusively promotion only available for a short period. If you’d like to be notified when these will be available for purchase, subscribe to our Marketing emails.

    How to Subscribe to Fitbod

    You can subscribe to Fitbod through the Fitbod website, App Store (iOS), or Google Play Store (Android). 

    New Fitbod users receive a 7-day free trial before committing to a subscription. The trial will automatically roll over into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. If you want to subscribe through a different platform than where you started your trial, you must cancel your trial first to prevent auto-renewal.

    How do I manage my Fitbod subscription?

    You must manage your subscription through the platform where you originally subscribed.

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

    Yes! If you have a promo code, you can redeem it on the Fitbod website.

     

    ***Important Note: Promo codes cannot be applied to existing App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire before redeeming a promo code.

     

    How do I check if I have an active subscription?

    To check your subscription status:

    • iOS Users: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fitbod.
    • Android Users: Open the Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Fitbod.
    • Website Users: Log in to Fitbod’s website > Profile (top right corner) > Manage Subscription.

     

    ***Important Note: Subscriptions purchased through the Fitbod website will not appear under your Apple ID or Google Play Store subscriptions. If you don’t see Fitbod listed in your App Store or Google Play account but believe you have an active subscription, log in to app.fitbod.me to verify your subscription status.

     

    Can I switch from a monthly to an annual subscription plan?

    Yes! However, the process depends on where you originally subscribed:

    • App Store/Google Play: You must cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire before resubscribing to a different plan.
    • Fitbod Website: You can upgrade your plan immediately by visiting Fitbod’s subscription page.

     

    Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

    No, Fitbod subscriptions are non-transferable. However, you can purchase a Gift Subscription for someone else.

     

    I subscribed but don’t see my premium access. What should I do?

    If you subscribed but still see an upgrade/subscribe prompt, try the following:

    1. Restore your purchase in the Fitbod app (Go to Log > Settings > Restore Subscription).
    2. Check if you’re logged into the correct account (email used for purchase).
    3. Contact Fitbod Support at support@fitbod.me with your purchase receipt.

    Can I redeem a promo code even if I already have a Fitbod subscription through the app?

    If I already have a discount with Fitbod, can I redeem another discount?

     

    How to Redeem Promo Codes

    You can redeem a promotional (or promo) code provided by Fitbod or through one of our business partners. Promo codes may offer an extended free trial or a discount on your subscription purchase, either before or at the time of the transaction.

    All active subscriptions (via Apple's App Store, Google Play Store, or Fitbod's website) must be canceled and expired before you can redeem a promo code. Information on how to cancel your subscription can be found here

    If you received a discount code for your subscription from us or any of our partners, you'll need to log into your Fitbod account on our website to redeem the promotional offer.

    Here are the steps: 

    1. Go to app.fitbod.me/redeem 
    2. Type the Promo Code into the redemption box 
    3. Redeem Now
    4. Sign into your account
    5. Complete the trial redemption or subscription purchase

     

    How to Redeem Gift Subscriptions

    Fitbod Gift Subscriptions give you access to all of Fitbod's premium features for an entire year! 

    If you've been gifted a Fitbod subscription, you should have received an email that includes the unique code. Just follow the instructions in the email to redeem your gift subscription. If you're already a subscriber, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and let it expire before you can redeem your gift. Don't worry - gift codes don't expire, so there's no rush!

    When you're ready to redeem your Gift Subscription and have your code handy, you can do so right here on our website. 

    Please do the following in order to redeem your gift code: 

    1. Go to the app.fitbod.me/gift/redeem
    2. Type your Gift Code
    3. Redeem
    4. Sign in to Your account 

    Important Note: Gift codes do not expire so you don't have to rush to redeem your gift. All gift codes must be redeemed through our website!

    Can I redeem a promo code even if I already have a Fitbod subscription through the app?

    No, you will need to cancel your current subscription with us (Google Play/Apple) and resubscribe with us via our website in order to redeem your discount from us.     How to view your subscription details 

    To view your subscription details, follow these steps based on the platform you used to purchase your subscription (iOS app, Android app, or our Website). If you're unsure where you subscribed, log into our website to view and manage your subscription details. We list where your subscription was bought. If your subscription says "Billed through Apple" or Google Play," you'll need to manage your billing information in the Google Play or iTunes storerespectively.

    If you subscribed through the Fitbod website, you can view and manage your subscription details. 

    For the subscriptions that are purchased through the Fitbod website, you will need to visit either of the following pages to view your subscription details.

    1. Log into your account on https://app.fitbod.me/
    2. Select your account email at the top right to open the drop-down menu
    3. Select Manage subscription

    iOS

    For subscriptions that are purchased through the App Store, they will be attached to your Apple ID and displayed under Subscriptions in your iPhone Settings. To view this on your iPhone,

    Fitbod subscriptions auto-renew to avoid interruptions. You can cancel at any time:

    • Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund
    • You’ll retain full access until your next billing date
    • Deleting your Fitbod account does not cancel your subscription

    What is a Fitbod Lifetime Membership?

    Fitbod’s Lifetime Membership includes unlimited logged workouts for life!!!

    Fitbod has created a limited number of lifetime memberships for his holiday season! There are ONLY 1,000 of them, and they will only be available for purchase from Black Friday Week (11/25/24) to Cyber Monday (12/2/24).

    Who can redeem a Fitbod Lifetime Membership?

    Anyone! There is no redemption required. The lifetime membership automatically applies to the account after you've bought it.

     

    Can I transfer a lifetime membership?

    No! After redemption, Lifetime Memberships are non-transferable.

     

    Can I apply the cost of an already purchased subscription to a Lifetime Membership?

    No. We cannot refund or apply the cost of another subscription to a Lifetime Membership. Your Lifetime Membership automatically starts after you've bought it.

    If I'm currently subscribed, will I need to cancel my current subscription if I purchase the Lifetime Membership?

    Yes! Once you purchase the Lifetime Membership, you will receive an email with steps on how to cancel your current subscription.
