Individual User Report
Only users who logged more than 3 workouts in 2021 will be able to see an individual report.
What the data means
Your Percentile
This number represents the percentile a user is in based on how many workouts they completed in 2021. Only users who are in the top 50% will see this on their report. The buckets a user can fall in are 50%, 75%, 85%, 95%, 99%.
Clicking on the ‘compare’ link will take the user to view the stats for all Fitbod users in 2021.
Total Number of Workouts
This is the total number of workouts completed in 2021. No imported workouts are included in the calculations.
Total Calories Burned
This is the total number of calories a user burned in 2021. No imported workouts are included in the calculations.
Total Weight lifted
This is the total number of weight lifted by a user in 2021. No imported workouts are included in the calculations.
There is a toggle to change this from lbs to kgs or kgs to lbs.
Total Hours
This is the total number of hours (rounded) that a user worked out in 2021. No imported workouts are included in the calculations.
Most Logged Exercises
These are the exercises that were logged the most amount of times by a user in 2021. Imported workouts are not included. Mobility exercises (stretching, foam rolling) are also not included.
The information below the exercise name shows:
- How many times the exercise was logged by the user in 2021
- What the best weight in 1 rep was for the user in that exercise in 2021 (this can also be changed from kgs - lbs with the toggle at the top)
- What the best repetition record was in one set for the user in that exercise in 2021
If any of the above (best weight or best reps) are not relevant for the exercise, they will not be shown.
Most Used Muscles
The most logged muscles are calculated by how many times a muscle was logged as a PRIMARY muscle in an exercise in 2021. Imported workouts are not included. Mobility exercises (stretching, foam rolling) are also not included.
The information below the muscle name shows:
- How many times the muscle was used as a primary muscle by the user in 2021
- The total weight lifted with that muscle as a primary muscle by the user in 2021 (this can also be changed from kgs - lbs with the toggle at the top)
- The total number of reps performed with that muscle as a primary muscle by the user in 2021
Most Used Pieces of Equipment
These are the pieces of equipment that were logged the most amount of times by a user in 2021. Imported workouts are not included. Mobility exercises (stretching, foam rolling) are also not included.
The information below the equipment name shows:
- how many times the equipment was used by the user in 2021
- the total weight lifted by the user with that piece of equipment in 2021 (this can also be changed from kgs - lbs with the toggle at the top)
- the total number of reps performed with that piece of equipment by the user in 2021

What the data means
Average Number of Workouts
This is the average number of workouts done over the year by the entire Fitbod community. This doesn’t included imported workouts.
We calculated this using the data from users who have done more than 3 workouts and have been a subscriber for all of 2021, so this number is representative of the community as a whole, and is an honest representation.
We cater to the needs of a lot of people, and represent a wide range of goals and fitness levels. Our goal is to move this needle up in the years to come.
Total Calories Burned
This is the average number of calories burned over the year by the entire Fitbod community. We calculated this using the data from users who have done more than 3 workouts and have been a subscriber for all of 2021.
Total Weight Lifted
This is the average number of weight lifted over the year by the entire Fitbod community. We calculated this using the data from users who have done more than 3 workouts and have been a subscriber for all of 2021.
The toggle will change this data from lbs to kgs, or kgs to lbs.
Total Hours
This is the average number of hours worked out over the year by the entire Fitbod community. We calculated this using the data from users who have done more than 3 workouts and have been a subscriber for all of 2021.
