What does the Fitbod Widget do?
The widget shows how many workouts you have logged this calendar week, what your workout per week goal is, and upcoming workout details. The workouts/week ring will reset at midnight when a new calendar week begins. Third-party workouts will count towards your goal on the widget at this time.
To edit your goal:
- Open the Fitbod app
- Go to the Log tab
- Select the settings icon at the top right
- Scroll down to Weekly Workout Goal
After a workout is logged, the widget will be updated. If you don't see the widget update correctly, try force-quitting Fitbod and reopening it. After 10 seconds, a sync should occur.
The widget with your next workout info will show your very next workout. This next workout is locked for 3 days. If you have not opened the app in some days, the widget will tell you that you need to open the app to see the next workout.
