Switching between an iPhone to an Android device? No problem! You can use your Fitbod account and continue your fitness journey seamlessly. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition.

How to Transfer Your Account
Step 1: Log in on Your New Device
- Download the Fitbod app.
- Open the app and log into your Fitbod account using the same credentials and sign-in method as you did on your previous device.
***Important Note: If you used Sign in with Apple, you may need to update your email before logging in (see below).
Step 2: Update Your Email (For Private Relay / Apple ID Users)
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple and used a private relay email (e.g., xxxxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com), you must update your email before logging in on Android.
How to Update Your Private Relay Email
- Contact Fitbod Support at support@fitbod.me.
- Provide your current Apple ID email and the new email you want to use.
- Our team will update your account and send you a password reset link.
- Once updated, log in to Fitbod on your Android device using your new email and password.
Step 3: Transfer Your Subscription
Your Fitbod subscription remains active across both iOS and Android, allowing you to use the app on any platform as long as your subscription is valid. However, for easier subscription management, we recommend subscribing through the platform of your current device or via the Fitbod website.
If you wish to switch your subscription to a different platform, follow these steps:
- Cancel your current subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Wait for your current subscription to expire to avoid being charged twice.
- Resubscribe on your new platform via the Google Play Store, App Store, or directly through the Fitbod website for easier cross-platform access and management.
