Transferring Platforms
If you originally signed up to Fitbod on iOS or Andriod and want to transfer to the other you can! You can easily access your Fitbod account and data on your new device, whether it's iOS or Android. All you will need to do is simply log into Fitbod using the same email and password combination you used to create your account. Your workout data should automatically populate once you are logged in. Please use the following section if you are having issues with logging into your account.
Your account is associated with an Email and Password login
If you have a Fitbod account with a manual email and password login, you can easily log in to either platform using the email address you registered with. Not sure what email you used. No problem! You can email our support team to help you out with that at support@fitbod.me.
Your iOS or Android account is associated with a Social Login
Apple ID
If you signed up with Apple ID and want to keep using it, you can log in quickly with your Apple ID details. Here's how:
Open the Fitbod app
- Tap the Sign in with Apple button on the app or website
- Sign in to your Apple Account on the secure, Apple-hosted webpage
- If it's your first time signing in, you'll need to enter a verification code from your trusted Apple device or phone number
- Tap Continue to finish the sign-in process
If you signed up using Google and want to keep using it to log in, just follow these steps:
Open the Fitbod app
- Select Sign in with Google, Log in with Google
- Choose a Google account to use
- Log in
- Continue to the app
If you signed up with Facebook, you can easily log in again using your Facebook account. Here's what to do:
Open the Fitbod app
- Select log in with Facebook
- Log in using your email and password
- Confirm the connection
- Grant Permission
- Continue to the app
How to transfer your active subscription
If you currently have a subscription purchased via the App Store on iOS or Google Play, you will have access to your current subscription but will need to make necessary changes in order to view and manage your subscription going forward. You will need to cancel and wait for your subscription to expire before resubscribing via the website, Google Play, or the App Store (depending on the platform you're currently using). If you plan to use Fitbod on both iOS and Android, we suggest purchasing through the website for easier management.
