- NEW as of March 16, 2020: Workouts containing only bodyweight exercises will not count against the 3 Free Workout trial. After your log all 3 free workouts in your trial, you may continue to log workouts composed entirely of bodyweight exercises.
- Any workout containing weighted exercises that utilize gym equipment will count against the 3 free workout trial. After you log all 3 free workouts in your trial, you must subscribe to Fitbod Elite to continue to log weighted exercises.
- See a list of the free bodyweight exercises by tapping on Add an exercise > Categories > Bodyweight Only and Bodyweight Equipment.
- You can easily toggle on Bodyweight-Only workouts in Your Gym profile, located at the top of the Workout Tab.
Fitbod now has a free bodyweight-only iOS version of the Fitbod app! This will help users to begin or continue their fitness regimens even if they are unable to make it to a gym.
Once you've downloaded the Fitbod iOS app, select "Bodyweight Only Workout" from Your Gym profile settings. As always, the app will generate an excellent routine that considers your workout history and muscle recovery levels.
