How Fitbod Uses Strava Data
Fitbod pulls in your Strava cardio workouts (runs, rides, etc.) and factors them into:
- Your workout log (displayed as Fitbod exercises)
- Your Recovery tab, by adjusting muscle recovery based on cardio effort
Strava activity data (distance, duration, elevation) influences your training recommendations so Fitbod can adapt more intelligently to your full routine.
