Fitbod only reads and writes data to Apple Health, not the Activity app. The Activity app pulls data from Apple Health and updates the activity information based on that data.
The data we write to Apple Health can be found in Apple Health > Sources > Fitbod > Data. If the data in these entries match that of the workout summary in Fitbod, then the Fitbod and Apple Health sync performed correctly.
To check if the workout synced to Apple Health imported into the Activity app, please go to the Activity app > Workouts > Fitbod entries. These entries should also match the entries in Apple Health and the workout summaries in Fitbod. If the workout entries in both Apple Health and the Activity app match, the Activity app might need some time to update the information.
