based on your fitness experience, you'll have access to different exercises and see different rates of muscle recovery. Everything is tailored to fit your unique fitness journey, making it an inviting and personalized experience for you.
Here is a list of key points that, I believe, are good indications that you should move up your Fitness Experience setting:
- You have used your current fitness experience setting for at least a couple of months
- You have been consistently meeting or exceeding your workout goals, and your workouts are becoming easy
- When you've noticed significant improvements in your strength and/or endurance
- Exercises in your workout are boring
- If you start to plateau and no longer see or feel the same level of progress
- When you feel confident and comfortable in your current fitness experience and want more challenging movements in your workouts
- Your muscle recovery state isn't recovering as fast as you feel
If you have met at least 4 of the 5 key points above, it is a good time to move up in Fitness Experience!
Important Note: Remember to listen to your body and ensure you are not overtraining or risking injury when increasing the intensity of your workouts.
