With the Apple Watch, you can:
- Start your Fitbod workout
- Adjust reps and weight for sets
- Log sets and exercises
- View rest-timers and receive sound/haptic feedback
- Finish your Fitbod workout all without your iPhone (you must be connected to iPhone when starting and finishing a workout)
Additionally, Fitbod will read your heart rate from the Apple Watch and use it to factor into the calories burned calculation. For information about how Fitbod calculates your calories burned for each workout, please visit the How Fitbod Calculates Calories Burned article.
After finishing a workout on the Apple Watch, you must Log Workout on the iPhone in order for your workout to be saved.
Fitbod on Apple Watch does not operate over cellular data.
