With Fitbod's Cardio Recommendation feature, you can select a cardio warm-up or cool-down exercise for your workout and pre-fill in the time, distance, and resistance values. To turn this feature ON:
Start on the Workout screen
> Your Gym profile (top center)
> Cardio Recommendations
> Toggle Cardio Recommendations ON
Once this feature is ON, the following menu will appear (image below). You have the option to select which cardio exercises you'd like to be included for future recommendations. You can also select your cardio exercise as a warm-up (before workout) or cool-down (after workout).
Don't forget to hit SAVE!
