For Apple Subscriptions
To request a refund from Apple, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com, tap on Fitbod and write to Apple the reason you're requesting a refund. Alternatively, find the invoice email Apple sent to you, with the subject line "Your receipt from Apple" and click the "Report a Problem" link.
We, at Fitbod, have no control over payments and subscriptions made through iTunes. Please use the instructions above to cancel your Fitbod Elite subscription or request a refund from Apple. If you have further questions or need further assistance, please send an email to email@example.com. You can also use our Submit a Request form.
For Stripe Subscriptions
Go to https://app.fitbod.me/ and sign into your account

> Select Cancellations Page link
> Cancel Subscription
