If you subscribed to Fitbod through your iTunes account or the App Store:
On your iPhone,
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > iTunes & App Store
- Select your Apple ID: email (top of the screen)
- Select View Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions > Fitbod > Cancel Subscription
*Important Note: If you do not see Fitbod in your list of subscriptions, this means you subscribed through the Fitbod website or you do not have an active subscription.
If you subscribed to Fitbod through our website or with a promo code:
Go to https://app.fitbod.me/ and sign into your account,
- Select the Billing Details link (below Manage Subscriptions)
- Select Cancellations Page link in the description
- Select Cancel Subscription
*Important Note: If you are still having issues with canceling your Fitbod Elite subscription, would like to request a refund or have any questions, please contact support by completing our Submit a Request form. Make sure to include your first name, last name, and your Fitbod account email within your message.
