Don't worry! Try restoring your subscription which can be found in the Fitbod settings menu under the Account section.
If that doesn't seem to work, we may have to manually update your subscription in our system which the Fitbod support team will be happy to do for you. To get this process going, please complete our Submit a Request form or you can email our Support Team at email@example.com. Make sure to include the following info:
- Full Name
- Are you using iOS or Android?
- Fitbod account email
- Copy/screenshot of your subscription confirmation/receipt
