Don't worry! We may have to manually update your subscription in our system which our Customer Support Team will be happy to do for you.
To get this process going, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Update Subscription" in the subject line. Within the email, please include the following info:
- Last Name, First Name
- Fitbod account email
- Copy of your subscription confirmation/receipt
