Don't worry! Try restoring your subscription which can be found in the Fitbod settings menu under the Help section.
If that doesn't seem to work, we may have to manually update your subscription in our system which the Fitbod support team will be happy to do for you. To get this process going, please complete our Submit a Request form. Make sure to include the following info:
- Last Name, First Name
- Fitbod account email
- Copy of your subscription confirmation/receipt
