Don't worry! Try restoring your subscription which can be found in the Fitbod settings menu under the Account section.
If that doesn't seem to work, we may have to manually update your subscription in our system which the Fitbod support team will be happy to do for you. To get this process going, please email our Support Team at finance@fitbod.me. Make sure to include the following info:
- Full Name
- Are you using iOS or Android?
- Fitbod account email
- Copy/screenshot of your subscription confirmation/receipt
Google Play Subscriptions
If you have purchased a subscription through Google Play (through the Android app), you will need to open Fitbod to confirm the subscription purchase. The Google Play Store should redirect you to Fitbod automatically after your subscription purchase but in case that does not happen, please open Fitbod, log out of your account, and log back in.

- Full Name
- Android
