As a Fitbod subscriber, you will receive Weekly Workout Reports which are sent every Monday morning. Weekly Workout Reports provide you with information regarding your logged workouts from the previous week. You will see:
- Total Weight Lifted
- Number of Logged Workouts
- Total Workout Duration
- Total Calories Burned
- Performed Exercises
- Number of Performed Exercises
