If you aren't seeing your Strava workouts being pulled into your Fitbod log, it is possible that your Strava runs/rides are set to private. To check this:
Select a run/ride from your Strava feed
> Edit (top right)
> Private activity
> Toggle OFF

If your Strava run/ride is not set to private and they are still not displaying in your Fitbod account, you may have been disconnected from Strava. Please check if you are indeed connected.
If you are connected to Strava and still experiencing this issue, your authentication might have expired so please try disconnecting and then reconnecting to Strava.
If it is your first time connecting to Strava, Fitbod will pull in run/ride data from the last 7 days.
