Here's how you can view the pregnancy-safe exercises in the app:
- Open the Fitbod app.
- Select the "+" icon next to the number of exercises you have to do.
- Select Categories from the bar of choices at the top of your screen.
- Scroll down to Pregnancy.
- Select the exercises you would like to perform.
