Introduction to Fitbod Milestones: Track Your Fitness Achievements
Introducing Fitbod Milestones! You can now earn badges for reaching your goals! There are three main ways to earn badges. There are Volume, Workout, and Calorie categories - each with eleven levels! Hit milestones by completing more workouts, lifting more weight, or burning more calories. Fitbod will reward you with a cool badge!
Milestones
Volume:
- Volume refers to the total amount of weight you lift during your workouts. It's calculated by multiplying the sets, reps, and weights you lift for each exercise. For example, if you perform four sets of ten reps with 100 pounds, the total volume lifted would be 4000 pounds
Workouts:
- The workout metric tracks the total number of workouts you have logged. It's straightforward count of all the workouts you've completed and logged. The more workouts you do, the more milestones you'll hit. Easy!
Calories:
- Fitbod calculates the calories you burn during a workout by combining a few factors. It uses your workout's length and your volume lifted. Fitbod also considers your stats, like weight, height, gender, and age. If you are an iOS user and use an Apple Watch, your heart rate data is also factored into the calorie calculation.
How to View Your Milestones
Open the Fitbod app:
- Select the Log tab (bottom right corner)
- Select the Milestones (top right)
